House Teams
House Teams
We have 4 house teams at Icknield for our KS2 pupils: Lynton (red), Tannery (orange), Challis (green) and Granta (blue), relating to local areas. The School Council in 2016 decided upon individual logos for each team, designed by our pupils:
From the youngest child to the oldest, all the children in school are members of a House .The "Dojos" they earn in class for working hard, exhibiting Icknield values all get added to the tally of House points. Each term we tot up the house points and the House with the most points wins the cup for the year. Each of our 4 house teams are run by 2 house captains from Year 6 who are role models to the younger children.
